With seller or privately financed transactions, North Idaho Title acts as an independent third party to accept, disburse and maintain accurate records of all payments to loans. In addition, documents are available for inspection by involved parties; required Internal Revenue Service 1098 and 1099 forms are filed by North Idaho Title and upon payment in full of an escrow, appropriate deeds and/or reconveyances or other documents are recorded with the county and the originals disbursed as instructed in the written instructions.
